I integrate the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's (IIN) holistic principle of multidimensional health and the Circle of Life into my coaching. Health is holistic and extends into all aspects of the individual – from your physical body to your mental health and felt emotions to your deepest spiritual needs. These aspects of health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual – are interconnected and influence one another in many ways along the journey to whole-person health.

The Circle of Life encompasses 12 vital aspects of well-being: nutrition, exercise, career, health, relationships, spirituality, creativity, finances, education, home environment, social life, and joy. By viewing health through this holistic lens, we can identify imbalances and address them comprehensively. This approach helps you achieve balance and harmony in your life, leading to a state of overall well-being and fulfillment.
