Ciao!
I'm Anna, originally from Sardinia, where I grew up immersed in a community known for its Blue Zone lifestyle—healthy eating, social connections, and a love for nature.
I am a certified Integrated Nutrition & Health Coach through IIN. I am an AFAA personal trainer and the first Mind Walk trainer in Italy.
My career in the airline industry took me to various countries, where I developed a passion for diverse cultures and meaningful connections. Meeting my husband, a US Army soldier, led to relocations between the United States, Korea, and back to Italy, where I discovered my love for working with children and volunteering with teenagers.
As a former military spouse, I've experienced the challenges of deployments and single parenting firsthand, teaching me resilience and the importance of holistic well-being. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their best selves through holistic health practices, habit change, and compassionate guidance.
Now pursuing a degree in psychology, I offer one-on-one and group coaching to help people create specific, measurable, attainable, and realistic goals. Alongside my husband, two children, and two dogs, I’ve had rich experiences around the world, and I’m excited to support you on your journey to a balanced, thriving life.

As a holistic health coach, my mission is to empower individuals to reach their fullest potential through a balanced approach to well-being. I guide my clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes that support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By focusing on the interconnectedness of these aspects, I help them develop habits and mindsets that foster lasting vitality and happiness. My vision is for clients to thrive in all areas of their lives, equipped with the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate challenges, live with purpose, and radiate well-being from within.
My Story
I became a health coach to help and empower women. Throughout my life, I've witnessed firsthand the unique challenges and pressures that women face regarding their health. Whether balancing career demands, family responsibilities, or societal expectations, women often prioritize others over their own well-being.
I wanted to change this narrative. I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered and in control of her health journey. As a health coach, I provide the support, guidance, and knowledge necessary for women to prioritize their health and wellness. It's about fostering a holistic approach that includes mental and emotional well-being alongside physical fitness and nutrition.
I'm passionate about educating women on making informed health decisions, encouraging self-care practices, and helping them build confidence. Witnessing women achieve their health goals is incredibly rewarding for me. It's about empowering them to live their best lives, free from the limitations that poor health can impose.
Holistic health coaching has profoundly impacted my life by shifting my mindset towards prioritizing self-care. Focusing on nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being has led to improved physical health, enhanced emotional stability, and better relationships.
